Our approachA FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Before the first hand.
What is Maple Poker?
Maple Poker is a Texas Hold’em study app combining preflop decision practice, an equity calculator, a personal hand journal and structured hand discussions. It does not run real-money poker games.
Is the equity calculator free?
Yes. The calculator and its recent calculation history are free for everyone. Preflop practice and community features have separate plan limits.
Is every equity result exact?
Known two-card hands use exact enumeration of the remaining boards. Random hands and ranges use Monte Carlo sampling. Split pots contribute the appropriate share to equity.
Can more than one quiz answer be correct?
Yes. Any action with a positive frequency in the reference row counts as correct. Those frequencies appear after you answer. Quiz scores are not an EV measurement.
Can I download the Android app?
The Android app is in development and is not yet available on Google Play. This website introduces the app; downloads and public accounts are not open yet.
